Federal Mandatory Vaccination Policy a Mess

It turns out where you work in the federal public service and how you are employed has a great bearing on how the policy applies to you. As it should. Each and every APS (GoA) employee and their employment circumstances should be viewed uniquely and applied to a reliability test to determine whether the vaccination policy is applicable to that specific employee.

Instead the GoA has created a blanket policy, like the Fed’s did, which turned out flawed, prone to failure, and requiring significant amendments and accommodations.
