GoA Employee Mandate DEMAND LETTER

Legal Counsel for MyAPSChoice Group has submitted a letter demanding the immediate termination of the GoA Vaccination Policy.

The letter is addressed to the Alberta Public Service Commission, Mr. Ray Gilmour – with several cc’s including to Premier Jason Kenny. The cc’s represent the several formal letters of complaint that were previously submitted on your behalf by MyAPSChoice.

You are also encouraged to provide this letter to your GoA Manager as an update on your personal circumstances. This will serve as official notice that the vaccination policy is contradictory, therefore imposing such rules now will place the GoA in further legal jeopardy.

For example, provide the letter to your Manager if:

  • You are have been placed on mandatory involuntary leave of absence without pay.
  • You have been denied a human rights exemption and/or accommodation.
  • You have been providing proof of vaccination to your Manager prior to working a shift.
  • You have been providing proof of a negative test prior to working your shift.
