Now that the exemption submission deadline has passed and some MyAPSChoice Group members are receiving correspondence back from the Vaccination Exemption or Vaccination Policy groups – you may wish to advise them of a personal Notice of Liability.
Make sure you also follow the guidelines in the post “My Exemption Was Denied – Now What?”
Should your requests for consideration, exemption, accommodation or exceptions be ignored, denied, then a Notice of Liability is prudent.
